- Duplicate links to “Home” page within website template, one without discernable text (WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.4 (Link Purpose (In Context)) and 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value))
- Document requires a main landmark for navigation (best practice)
- Touch targets within the sidebar navigation require a larger area (best practice)

PDFs and other documents
The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services. For example, any Meeting Minutes published before this date.
Any new PDFs or Word documents we publish will meet accessibility standards.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We are continually working to highlight and improve any accessibility issues. We plan to fix these issues where possible, improve areas that cannot be fixed and make users aware of all accessibility issues which may affect their experience of our website.
